An important Dairy Plant had the need to apply some pressurization groups for rather aggressive CIP washing solutions, to replace some already existing units which presented frequent problems due to a strong wear of the internal components, including
the mechanical seal which had to be replaced frequently, increasing downtime and maintenance costs.
Tecnicapompe has thus promptly studied a made-to-measure, simple and effective alternative, consisting of a series of TC.EVO pumps characterized by materials chosen specifically for the type of products processed and equipped with an internal flushing
system capable of reducing wear on the mechanical seal.
Special attention was also paid to the ease of installation of the new groups, adapting the measurements of the pumps so that they could be applied with almost minimal interventions in existing systems.
Thanks to the satisfaction achieved after the outcome of the project, further developments and expansions are underway for this application.
